Image Check Collection and On-We Image Exchange
Whether your bank is already producing image cash letter files, or just ready to jump in, we are here to help with TBB’s multi-source check image products. Simply put, it is the best of both worlds. TBB can take image files from banks, branches and/or merchants. We then sort out all the items drawn on the participating bankers bank customers and exchange them in an internal swap environment. With over 240 customer banks in Oklahoma, the potential for the bulk of your images to be exchanged in-house and not entered into “the system” is high, producing cost savings and better availability. It gets even better. The balance of your images will be sent to multiple destinations sorted for least cost collection and maximizing availability.
How is this possible? The Bankers Bank utilizes the
security authorization and delivery mechanisms you
already have in place — InfobankWEB. Then with our
nationally-recognized, state-of-the-art image system, we
will take care of virtual sorting, cash letter presentments
and settlement. Extra functionality will reduce
adjustments with built-in CAR/LAR and item quality
checks.
